KITCHEN CHEF, COOKER

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role, ideally in a cocktail bar or restaurant with a focus on creative small plates and bar-friendly food. 

• Duties: 

• Plan and develop innovative menus that pair well with signature cocktails. 

 Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high quality. 

 • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen. 

 • Manage inventory, order supplies, and reduce food waste. • Collaborate with bar staff to create food and drink pairings.

Skills: 

• Strong leadership and time management.

 • Expertise in both hot and cold dishes. 

 • Creative approach to menu development.

 • Ability to manage a team and train staff when necessary.
